Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thai Ferry Tickets! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. They, together with the specific information related to your confirmed transfer, form the foundation of our agreement with you, as detailed in your confirmation email. Throughout this document, any reference to 'we,' 'us,' or 'our' pertains to Thai Ferry Tickets. Similarly, any mention of "you" and "your" encompasses the primary person listed on the booking, all individuals for whom a booking is made, or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

Payment

A contract between you and us comes into effect once the payment has been successfully processed. No contract is considered valid until we have received full payment. If a booking is made via phone, the booking is subject to our Terms and Conditions, which you accept by making the booking.

Changes and Cancellations

Should you need to modify or cancel your booking, please use our online platform or contact us via email at hello@thaiferrytickets.com or call us at +66932810884. Amendments can be made directly through our email at hello@thaiferrytickets.com, provided that you inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled transfer time. Please note that, while we will make every effort to accommodate your changes, we cannot guarantee availability due to various factors. However, we will always strive to meet your requirements.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, there will be no cancellation charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your first transfer, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge. If you decide to cancel your transfer but do so with more than 48 hours' notice, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.

Behavior

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we reserve the right to refuse transport to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is deemed a threat to the driver, vehicle, or fellow passengers. Passengers are prohibited from carrying alcoholic beverages onto our vehicles for consumption. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. In cases where a passenger is asked to leave a vehicle, we will not be responsible for refunding any part of the journey in question.

Child Seat Installation

Our drivers are skilled in the installation of child and baby seats. However, it is the responsibility of the lead passenger to ensure that the seats are correctly anchored, and the straps are properly secured and adjusted.

Insurance and Liability

Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. While every precaution is taken, please note that your property is transported at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage. We recommend that you check whether your travel insurance covers such damages or losses. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that our vehicles arrive and depart on time, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
